I.Introduction
A.This is directed to all Patriarchs, Primates, Archbishops, and Bishops. Consider starting with: Venerable Brothers, I greet you and give you my apostolic blessing. B.(Thesis) Start with the quote of “We are well aware of our weakness . . .” and say how the people would’ve been lost without God and that we should take him as our lord and savior. Faith and religion saves our society from being lawless and uncivilized.

II.Body
A. (Point #1)
B. Each of you has noticed, brothers, that a very bitter and fearsome war against the whole Catholic society is being stirred up by men bound together in a lawless alliance.
1. (Supporting Evidence) These men are not devout in their faiths and religion, and that is the cause of all their disturbances, and their corrupt minds to usurp the Catholic church. 2. (Supporting Evidence) “These men are experienced and skillful in deceit, which they use to set in motion their plans to quench peoples’ fervor for piety, justice, and virtue; to corrupt morals; to cast all human laws into confusion; and to weaken and possibly overthrow the Catholic religion. For you know, venerable brothers, that these bitter enemies of Christians are carried along so hopelessly by their blind momentum of mad impiety. They go as far as to say that the teachings of the Catholic church are opposed to the good and exclusive privileges of human society and are not even afraid to deny Christ Himself and God.” Give an explanation of this quote.
