The program that is sponsored under Caring Adoptions that will receive a program analysis is “Finding Families For Children”. Caring Adoptions is a non-profit organization that offers assistance to birth mothers as well as the adoptive parents. Caring Adoptions offers assistance to the birth mothers with their decision of considering giving their child up for adoption. The organization believes that no matter the age, religion, or lifestyle, a child should be allowed to make reasonable and responsible decision. Although the organization can not prevent teen pregnancy, they are there every step of the way to ensure that the teens receive all the assistance that they need.

The Caring Adoptions mission is: To make a positive difference in the lives of children and families through the adoption process. The Caring Adoptions vision is: We believe in children and in creating families through adoption. The objectives of Caring Adoptions is providing a safe and efficient home for the children, educating parents on adoption and caring for a child, and creating an overall positive experience for the children considered for adoption.In order for Caring Adoptions to remain successful and positive, the facility must be equipped with staff that is very loving, respectful, and possesses the essential core values. The organization does not restrict anyone from receiving benefits or assistance.

As long as the teenager is comfortable with giving their parental rights away, they are allowed to offer the child to a family willing to accept them. International adoptions are another option that is offered by Caring Adoptions as well.Caring Adoptions offers many resources and classes that will give the teenagers and adoptive parents knowledge, guidance, and support.
