CHAPTER I
THE PROBLEM AND ITS BACKGROUND

INTRODUCTION

During the first period, drinking water is abundant everywhere. But as time goes by, pollution occurred and makes the water not safe to be drink. Our country was surrounded by water, but the water is not clean and not good for drinking. To be able to have clean water, one must purify it first before drinking it. For those who are always busy doing things like work, they do not have enough time to boil and purify water before they drink. That is why entrepreneurs come up with an idea to run an establishment selling distilled water. In this case, we don’t have to cleanse water every time if we want to drink it.

One of the most commonly business here is refilling station. Many establishments like this have a rapid growth in every area near a subdivision. They are supplying distilled water for their customers. Unlike the water in the so called NAWASA or water from the faucet which can contains different substances that can came from that pipe is sometimes not allowable to drink. Because of the rapid growth of their competitions, they must think of an idea how to attract more customers to rise among the other water station company.
