This business will be operated as a partnership. To be owned and operated by Shaneka Soso and Patrick Neilmann. Nature of Business
This partnership plans to deal with the producing of personalized and designing of eyewear frames. Partnering with Patrick Neilmann creative designer our business plans to create these designs based on the want of each customer operating under the Eyewear Fashion Industry. Objectives

Roles and Functions of Personnel in the Marketing Department

Operating under the traditional form of organization our company Neek’s Designs uses the line organization to direct the flow of authority and responsibility within the marketing and sales department. Within the department a form of hierarchy is present. This method of organization is rather easy to understand since it has an uncomplicated chain of command. In this structure everyone has some responsibility. The higher the position in the hierarchy the greater is the responsibility, and this responsibility cannot be delegated. In Neek’s Design’s business the marketing and sales director is in charge of the development of activities and marketing opportunities within the department, this person oversees the staff in his department also implementing sales plans and marketing strategies to help meet the goals of the business. Managing the staff in his department he has to watch over what they do so as to help the process of marketing and selling to run smoothly and efficiently.
