Physical Fitness and Healthy Eating
As a country the majority of the United States has been out of shape for years now. One of the many ways to get into shape, or for the first time is to exercise. Webster’s dictionary defines exercise as the use of limb for health, or practicing for training so in other words body movement. Here in the United States many business and big corporations are now giving their employee’s athletic memberships for free or at a discounted price. Most people think this stragity is working slowly but surely. The other big thing the big business and corporations are doing is giving discounted healthcare prices. The goal here is to get more of their employee’s healthier so that they can work better. In this way they will be in a healthy state of mind and body. There are a lot of people in the United States that think getting into shape is quite easy. Those same people are in shape. It’s always easier to look from the outside in, but to look inside out is a different story. To put it in other words when you’re in shape everything is easier. It’s the out of shape people who don’t know how to get out of the situation that they’re in. With that being said the majority of the United States think that the employer’s are off to a good start by offering this new service. When exercising one must know what to do to get in shape, as well as how to do those exercise. It’s important to exercise correctly because serious injury could occur. After learning how to exercise you must then know how often to do the exercise. One of the biggest mistakes people make is they exercise to get in shape and then they stop the most important key here is to be consistent. With
doing this your body will become more healthier. That’s the movement part of the process the next part is to eat healthier.
