Physical Fitness and Health are two important factors in having a healthy body and lifestyle. Physical Fitness gives people the ability to perform moderate to vigorous activity without getting fatigued. Health is living in good physical shape and the ability to resist illness. When the two are combined, it gives people the bill of health, they need to live longer and feel good about your body in general. This is all possible, with just a few little lifestyle changes that includes a diet and exercise.
It may have been several years since you last saw your physician or were ill enough to stay in bed for a week, but of course that is no guarantee of future good health. Physical and Mental breakdowns may occur at any age. Many breakdowns are because of too many years of unhealthy living and are therefore avoidable. Unless you are one of the few that is health conscious, your current lifestyle is almost certainly less healthy than it should be, but you can modify it right now, and benefit from it, by lowering your risks of preventable illnesses. Certain basic guidelines for healthy living are simple, and medical research shows convincingly that they improve your chances for a long healthy life. Even if you are middle-aged and overweight and last exercised regularly when you were a teenager, you can move gradually into a healthier living pattern.  
There are five basic rules for healthy living. One is, if you smoke, give it up. There is no longer any doubt about the link between smoking tobacco and the development of serious illnesses such as, lung cancer and some forms of heart disease. Two, if you drink alcohol, drink in moderation. No more than an average of two bottles or cups of beer, cocktails, or wine each day.
