Photo and image editors were always there, but only recently we can observe a violent trend in the emergence of online services for processing images. If you have never used such services then you will probably be surprised at the number of opportunities, options and speeds that they offer. PhotoScape, Picasa, Picnik and PhotoFiltre are most useful free graphics editors what I consider to be the best on the web. I have personally tested all these programs and have found them to be enjoyable and satisfactory.
For your information, PhotoScape is a graphics editing program, developed by MOOII Tech, Korea. The basic concept that they used is 'easy and fun' which that allows users to easily edit photographs taken from their digital cameras or even mobile phones. Moreover, PhotoScape operates only in Microsoft Windows systems and is not available in Mac or Linux systems. It's default languages are English and Korean with additional language packages available for download. Version 3.6 is the current stable release. However, older versions are still available for the sake of Windows 98 or Me and it is distributed free of charge for all users including commercial bodies.
Furthermore, this remarkable free piece of software is one that any self-respecting digital photographer needs on his or her PC's hard disk. There are some quite original and innovative tools in PhotoScape such as combining multiple photos in a single frame. Other modules include: *
Photo Viewer : Browse and organize photos.
Photo Editor : Enhance and balance colour, resize, add effects and clip-arts. *
Photo Batch Editor : Process multiple photos at once, rename multiple photos at once. *
Page Creator : Joins multiple photos into poster like single page or into one final photo. *
