Some of the key features that define me and my personality are energetic, reliable, hardworking and giving. I am a very energetic person who can never sit still. Some of the key concepts that explain my personality are my extravert feeling and extravert sensation. Although they contradict I am a little bit of both. At the same time I act very much on my emotions which show some of my caring and supporting side of the extravert feeling. Also I am a very positive person who is always a “Doer”, am also a risk taker and I’m always on the go. Consistently I’m trying to do things to improve my quality of life as well as those around me. Personality is difficult to describe, but nearly impossible to define in a universally acceptable way. Throughout history many definitions of personality have been proposed but none universally accepted. This is because of the reality that each individual’s definition comes with a unique spin placed upon it by that individual’s life experience, surroundings, and personal viewpoint. Personality can be described as the regular presentation of certain traits and attributes that lend cohesion and uniqueness to behavior and thought (Feist & Feist, 2009). Although there is not a single, universally accepted definition of personality,…

For example in my own personality and behavioral style I do enjoy interacting with various people whether it be socially or professionally. Being extroverted I find being around people to be energizing and uplifting. I tend to find myself easily bored when not stimulated by conversation or social activity. When I speak, I tend to formulate my ideas as I'm vocalizing them. I am not always quite sure of my ideas until I hear myself vocalizing them. I also enjoy debating and playing devils advocate in a sense to make people think and interact with me as well. I will get into a healthy debate with a friend or colleague just for the social and verbal interaction. Innovative by nature, I tend to be ahead of times when it comes to personal styles, ideas, and trends. I'm always looking for a new style, technology, or idea to formulate into a tangible project. I often find myself coming up with ways to improve the technology I personally own by implementing new software and/or hardware. Also at times I do find myself neglecting projects that should be completed due to my constant over thinking the project as a whole.…

I am very outgoing and sometimes consider myself to be very talkative, even when people tell me to be quiet I cannot help it. That is just the type of person I am. I like to be heard even if I am the only person listening to myself my brain is always running and developing new thoughts and ideas to discuss with other people. Whenever I am with my friends they are constantly telling me to be quiet because I never stop talking I just do not like it to be quiet. I feel that I am the life of the party I also do this at work with my co-workers I just like to talk I feel I have a mouth to express myself and be heard. Openness to experience I feel is another that describes me well because along with always thinking and talking I an very curious to know a little about everything. I feel that I can learn about different things forever, and that I can always learn how to do something I already know a different more efficient way. Curiosity never hurt anyone I believe the world is full of many mysteries and we must unlock and discover them to learn what they are. I also find myself building thing without the instructions not because I do not need them, but because I am curious to see if I can create what I am building without them. Even if I do not know something on a subject I will sometimes act as if I do because I want to see how gullible people are, and I also know many facts about everything so it is easy to believe me. Using agreeableness I would consider myself to be ruthless and soft-hearted why, because I tend to be easygoing and am kind to people I know, but if I do not know you I am not going to be nice to you. Do not get me wrong though even with people I know I can turn on if they give me a good cause to snap on them. People who hitch for rides I…

the one I use most is the quiet me. When I'm in school I tend to keep to myself and stay quiet. I basically do it to give me an edge with teachers so that way if I'm ever borderline the teacher will like me and give me a second chance, or pass me, at least that's what I hope for, although I never wish to be in that sitution. I also use this side of me when I do things like go to church. I'm silent there because that's the respectful thing to do as I've been taught by god and my parents. Another personality I use is my true personility, my social side. I'm an energetic, loud, fun, outgoing teenager and I plan on always being like that at acceptable times, like parties and hanging out with my buddies. There the ones that understand me the best and I can always have fun with them, and I know in the end my buddies are always here for me as I am for them. It's the best feeling in the world having friends who I can just be myself around and not have to worry about being misjudged and what not. The last side of me is basically both put together. This personality comes to use when I'm with family and family friends. I am very close to them but there are certain boundaries I have with them that I don't have with friends. Family may be friends but I still have to keep in mind that there the parents and they can give me boundaries and responsibilities. There just two different…

I enjoy structure and organizations. I like to know what to expect. I prefer to be organized and have set plans. I have a great memory for detail and am practical minded. Characteristically, I’m humble and unassertive. Due to my personality type, I value my personal relationships yet am very reserved towards new people: “Because they are quiet, people sometimes misinterpret this as standoffish behavior.” (Cherry) I rarely disclose personal information unless it’s to one of my few best friends. My personality type tends to be focused on our surroundings and can relate details to our personal experiences. I’m a compassionate listener and remember details about individuals. Now its time for me to define my personality. Who am I? What events in my life influenced the person that I am today? Well I guess it started when I was born. The first few seconds that I peaked my head out of my mother 's womb into a huge place I now call "the world". I was in a room with people surrounding me and caring for my every need; such as cutting my umbilical cord, cleaning my body of amniotic fluid, and bonding with this woman that I now call "mommy". These first few moments in my life had a major impact on who I am today. Just think how it would be like if you were born, and just let out into the world without anyone to care for your needs. After all, this is the beginning of the dependency stage.…

    1. Personality is the sum of the typical ways of acting, thinking, and feeling that makes each person unique. Your personality defines you as a person, rather than just a biological conglomeration of organs. An individual s personality is composed of all the relatively unchanging psychological characteristics that are typical for that person. If people did not have at least some relatively unchanging qualities, we would never know what to expect from them. We…
