Criminals like to prey on the innocent, the weak, the elderly, their families love ones. These criminal’s are merciless, and deserve nothing more than life incarceration or death via electrocution. I see not only the economic blow of organized crime in measure of the economic impact on society but, also the countless victims via deaths and suffering of all races and ethnicity. The future is our youth, and unlike the youth in my era who’s choice of drugs were marijuana, heroin, and LSD. The drug of choice today, is Crack Cocaine. These criminals are also behind the spread of AID’s and HIV. As they quest, to not only provide drugs but, sex as glamorized in movies, music and pornography.   http://usmilitary.about.com/od/justicelawlegislation/a/gangs.htm   In closing, we can not afford to allow for America to lower their standards in terms of whom we allow to enlist.
