Exercise will not cure diabetes; however, there are many complications associated with diabetes. But, an adequate amount of physical activity each day helps to get rid of complications. In diabetes, one serious condition that occurs is the build up of excessive fat in the arteries. This condition happens as a consequence of improper use of carbohydrates. Fat can accumulate in the arteries, and cause severe cardiovascular complications such as evaluated cholesterol and high blood pressure, which can lead to heart attack or stroke.
Exercise performed daily will help reduce the accumulation of fat in arteries. Physical activity keeps weight in check and helps with proper use of calories.
Exercise will not produce or increase insulin. But the physical activity will improve the way the body uses insulin. Exercise helps to increase the peripheral vascular.
