Respected Sir,
      In reference to the above cited letter I am submitting my interim reply in this connection without inspection of relevant records of the works in question. The preliminary submissions are as under:-

Preliminary Submission
    1. That I have visits the Jaisalmer at your good office for inspection of the records. It has been learnt there that the records for the said works are under the custody of the ACD Jodhpur for enquiry. As per Government of Rajasthan direction the enquiry shall have not to be conducted when the matter is pending with the ACD.     2. That the reply is based on my memory and personal enquiry from the concerned field officers/staffs that was at working site during the execution of the work. The reply is interim and keeping reserve my right to modify the reply according to the availability of records or some other facts comes in the light.

        D- Laying of muck from RD 230 to 240 of SMG Br
        E- Laying of muck from RD240 to 248.935 of SMG Branch
