Introduction
Crust Gourmet Pty Ltd is a well-known Australian pizza company which was established in October 2001 by CEO Michael Logos and current Managing director Costa Anastasiadis. It has a reputation of delivering healthy gourmet pizzas. Their main goal is to provide customers with the whole pizza experience while taking away the guilt factor and bringing back the enjoyment of eating takeaway food. To simply put it, Crust mainly focuses on how they made their pizzas and making constant improvements in their recipes, making improvements such as switching to healthier alternatives, like olive oil and other healthier ingredients, has earned Crust a Heart Foundation Tick Approval. Over the last several years, Crust has earned itself a great reputation for providing high quality customer service, great taste and quality of food at a reasonable price and providing healthier alternatives to customers in comparison to its competitors. In this report, we will be looking closely at one of the company’s franchises’, Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar, Kingsgrove. It is located in a suburban area in South of Sydney. We will be reviewing its current Performance Management System put in place and how it aligns with the goal of the company overall. -------------------------------------------------

We will also be analysing the development of performance indicators, how the performance management system is monitored, and the flexibility of its current performance management system in place, the training of staff & the evidence provided, feedbacks and recognitions of excellence and underperformance, establishment of individual learning and how it meets the individual & organisation goals, and the monitoring of learning and development & the outcomes of individual learning plans and goals. -------------------------------------------------

Crust Gourmet Pizza bar, Kingsgrove was opened in November 2010 by the owners Tony Raad & Sam Rigoli. It is a small partnership which consists of 22 team members, 1 assistant manager, 1 store managers and 2 franchise owners. Tony Raad is also the co-owner of another Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar at Bonnyrigg, Sydney. Raad had once said, “Our aim from day one was to produce high quality and irresistible pizzas, provide a high level of customer service and achieve significant delivery efficiencies that would deliver superbly cooked pizzas to our customers’ homes [1].” His aim is to provide high quality pizzas, high level of customer service to customers, as well as allowing customers to enjoy delicious healthy pizzas at the comfort of their own home. As showed, his expectations for his staff members are also high in order for them to meet his aims as well as the aim of the company. In Appendix 1, it shows how the management system at Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar, Kingsgrove works. Its Performance Management Reporting System works as follows,
