Company Profile
Little Vienna Café is a charming café establish since 2004 and located in Sydney CBD on 20 Hunter Street. We are serving an array of top quality coffees, teas, pastries and sandwiches. We serve breakfast and lunch on regular and we always ensure the best quality of food and service. As we have to ensure that our café is running well, we need to provide our team members as following: one barista, one chef, one supervisor/manager and one kitchen hand. We are a small but very busy café with many customers from all around the area. We sell over 40 kilos of coffee per week.

Purpose of report
The management of Little Vienna Café has decided to undertake a continuous productivity improvement project for its major staff positions during the financial year ending on 30 June 2014 in order to meet its strategic and operational goals.
