Maintaining a healthy relationship can be a difficult task for men and women. For some

couples lack of communication causes problems. For others it may be trust issues. What if every

person had a partner with certain crucial qualities? Then maybe people’s relationship would last

longer. A perfect mate should be honest, supportive, silly but mature.

Honesty with your partner is one of the most important traits. Millions of couples do not

sustain long wholesome connection because of dishonesty. When someone has a spouse who is

honest it makes that person feel comfortable and secure. An honest person tells the truth. If an

honest person says “I am going to the movies” than they go to the movies. If your partner say

they’re   going to his old neighborhood to visit friends, that’s what they do. If an honest person is

your partner, you don’t hear stories that prove they   lied. When you’re in a relationship with a

honest persons, you don’t have stress, doubt and insecurity.

Having a supportive companion is motivation for you to achieve many goals. Couples are

united and they boost each other’s ambitions. If you decide to pursue an hobby like painting

canvases in my spare time, a significant other will be there to help and encourage you along the

way. It might give you the confidence to turn my hobby into a business. This quality strengthens

your love, and helps your relationship grow.

Finally, the perfect mate needs to be mature. Mature people know what’s important.

They’re willing to do difficult things that need to be done. A mature person knows that paying

the utility bill is more important than buying a car stereo. A mature responsible person cares

more about their home and their relationship than social gathering. Mature people have fun but

they prioritize essential business.
