I. What is the first thought that comes to your mind when you hear a word Kazakhstan? A. How many of you know where Kazakhstan is located?
II. Although Kazakhstan is one of the biggest countries in the world many people haven’t heard about it at all. A. Which is why, I will be informing you about my native country Kazakhstan. B. I was born and lived there for 17 years, which is almost my whole life. C. The reason why I think you should know about Kazakhstan is that we all have a place where we were raised and born. D. For me, it was Kazakhstan.

I. Kazakhstan is country located in the Central Asia and Eastern Europe. A. It is the ninth largest country in the world and covers an area approximately equal to that of the United States. B. It is neighbored clockwise from the north by Russia, China, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, and also borders on a significant part of the Caspian Sea. C. Since 1936, Kazakhstan used to be a part of the USSR, but later it declared itself an independent country on December 16, 1991. D. Kazakhstan has a population of 16.6 million, with 131 ethnicities, including Kazakh, Russian, Uyghur, Ukrainian, Uzbek, Tatar, and German. E. Around 63% percent of the population are Kazakhs.
