PEOPLE INVOLVED
Robert Spector: is a native of Perth Amboy, New Jersey (and a member of the Perth Amboy High School Hall of Fame), he is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College, Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
In addition, Spector is the author of the business classic The Nordstrom Way: the inside Story of America’s Number One Customer Service Company, Robert offers inspirational keynote presentations, customized workshops, webinars, and interactive online training in world-class customer service. He breaks down the elements of the Nordstrom philosophy of customer service excellence and explains how they can be adapted for virtually every kind of organization—including yours.
Robert also includes examples from other companies including Amazon.com (which he profiled in his international bestseller, Amazon.com: Get Big Fast) and Starbucks.

Those lessons inspired his latest book, The Mom & Pop Store, which features interviews with successful independent retailers from all over the world. Robert believes that the elements of world-class customer service are the same, whether they come from Spector’s Meat Market, Amazon.com, or Nordstrom.
Patrick McCarthy: he is a system tech/mixer for various PA providers, he has worked concerts and festivals featuring well-known artists including David Crosby, Al DiMeola, Chick Corea, Spyro Gyra, NRBQ, Buddy Guy, and others. He has also mixed choirs and orchestras of various sizes (at graduation ceremonies and 4th of July concerts) and Gospel groups at churches all over Chicago. (The biggest choir I’ve mixed was 1200 singers - and that’s not a typo!)
In the corporate world, He has worked events for Nordstrom, Ameritech, Ernst &... [continues]
