“PC vs. Mac”
There are a lot of die hard PC lovers. There are also die hard Mac lovers. It mainly depends on preference, use of the computer, and the needs of the computer. Personally, I am a Mac lover. Why you may ask? Mac’s are built with a sleek and dramatic look and their operating system is very classy yet user friendly. For the look alone, I love it! However, there are other positives to Mac’s as well. They have a anti-virus software built-in, printers and other hardware connect easily without the need of installing a driver, and the best one, in my opinion, is once you get your Mac, you literally open the box, plug the power cord into the Mac and power source, set your account and password and, Voila!! You are ready to go!
Macs have a nifty anti-virus program that comes pre-installed in the software. You don’t have to worry about buying and spending money on software that often costs anywhere from being free to fifty dollars and up. You don’t have to worry about getting a virus. IN other words, you have peace of mind, which is really great since the rest of our lives; we have to worry about senseless things.
However, a PC does not come with anti-virus software that is already built-in. You have to either buy a good anti-virus software which often can cost you from thirty dollars and up, depending on what software you get. You can download a free anti-virus software like AVG, but you run the risk that they may not scan your computer as well as other software that you pay for. If you don’t get anti-virus software, you risk the chance of literally having a virus destroy your computer and you end up losing all your precious documents, photos, and music.
