Fred Fergus is starting a new business venture call “House Calls 4 U”.   He will be the sole employee and will be mobile for most of his day.   Fred is going to need a system that is powerful, yet mobile, but also safe, as he will be storing patient’s information on this machine.   Fred is also requesting that the system be able to do the following 1.Run easy to use accounting software.   2. I recommend that Fred buy a Dell Precision M6600 Mobile Workstation and a Dell Precision T1600 Fixed Workstation.   Fred is going to need a machine that he will be able to take with him on house calls.   I believe that the M6600 Mobile Workstation gives him all the options for hardware and software that he has requested.   The M6600 comes at decent price of $1700 and covers all of the requested requirements. The processor on the M6600 is a Intel Core i5-252M Dual Core (2.5Ghz, 3M cache, with Turbo BoostTechnology 2.0).   The operating system is Windows7 and has a 17.3” display.   The memory on this machine is 4GB DDR3 SDRAM at 133MHz and a hard drive with 750GB.   A AMD FirePro video card with mobility pro graphics with 2GB GDDR5, 8x DVD+/-RW w/Roxio and Cyberlink PowerDVD.   The security software on this machine is Trend Micro 3.5.   The Precision T100 Fixed Workstation will be a great companion to the M6600 at a price of $779.00.   This desktop comes with a Dual Core i3 and the same Windows 7 Professional.   The monitor is the Dell E series 22 inch.   Just like the M6600 the T100 comes with Trend Micro security.   I would recommend that Fred also add a Linksys E1200 Wireless-N Router, and a HP Officejet 6000 Wireless printer.   Once Fred has chosen an ISP...
