Introduction
R.A.W.S Auto Supply & General Merchandise is located at 649 La Forteza, Brgy 175 Camarin, Caloocan City owner with Mr. and Mrs. Rosa Santos.
They have 10 suppliers for the supply and 5 people to accommodate their store. They came up with the store name to the acronym of their names.
R.A.W.S Auto Supply & General Merchandise start 2000 and manage first by Mr. Andy Tam-og then after 4 years Mr. & Mrs. Rosa Santos buy this store and until now they manage it.
The ordering system that they are using to supply the needs of their store is through telephone or the supplier will deliver the supply(s). Now a day because of the successful of their auto supply they have a regular customer that has own a company and that customer order a more auto supply that they earn much more income and profit. They have enough of supply to accommodate their demand and able to earn more on their auto supply.
The main problem of their store is they don’t easily monitor their supply if it is needed to be purchased or not.
In state of R.A.W.S Auto Supply & General Merchandise they were using manual process of listing products that cause slow transactions. They find it hard to detect the status of inventory. They cannot handle the demand and wants of their customer accurately.
To solve the problem for their store we decided to create a system that will support every transaction of the business that has capacity to perform without having disturbances and also to help in terms of giving efficient and good quality of services. Consisting precise information that will fit the old state of process closely related in terms of goal but not the same as it is and to lead it to a high competitor establish. 1.1 Statement of the Problem:
