In todays competitive world ,it has become a challenge for every organisation to prove themselves better than the others. And one of the important factor to fulfill this task is the human resource.The human resource management function today is concerned with much more than the simple filing,housekeeping and record keeping. so today every organisation tries to prepare some strategies to improve and satisfy the human resource of the organisation.
Summer training is an activity where the person is trained for a present job. It improves the perception of a person towards a society and also towards the organisation.
