Parasites cause a lot of major disease to human, and animals. Parasites also carries diseases from animals and transmit it to humans.Parasite was first discovered by Charles Louis Alphonse Laveran, a military doctor in France’s Service de Santé des Arméés or Health Service of the Armed Forces. That is stationed in Constantine, Algeria. He was the first to notice parasites in the blood of a patient suffering from malaria. It was discovered at 6th November 1880.
Parasites that live on the surface of the host called ectoparasites, and parasites that live inside of the host called endoparasites. Endoparasites are able to survive in two manners. They are intercellular parasites which inhabit spaces in the host’s body or intracellular parasites which inhabits cells in the host’s body. An epiparasite is a parasite that feeds on other parasite. This relationship called hyperparasitism. Social parasites is an animal that take advantage of interactions between members of social organisms like ants or termites. Kleptoparasitism is when parasites appropriate food gathered by the host. There are also parasitoids where organisms whose larval growth take place inside or on the surface of another organism, resulting in the death of the host. An adelpho-parasite is a parasite which the host species is closely related to the parasite, usually being a member of the same family or genus.
Parasite belongs to biology part of science, because it studies about the life of an animal and their behavior. It could be on microbiology part of science, but parasite in general is not only microorganisms. Normal-sized organism could be a parasite; it is assessed by their behavior.

Parasites have evolved in a very specific and selective way throughout generations. Specific parasites have specific factors that influence their site selection process and that work in favor for the parasites. One important component that influences the parasite to become site specific is being host specific, which in turn affects the ability of extracting resources. The more efficient it is in extracting resources the better the chance of reproducing, which then increases the fitness of the parasite. Fitness plays a huge role in determining how successful the parasite may be. Few other factors that contribute to the site selection process are transmission, survival and reproduction. Since the parasites are in a very predictable environment…
