Introduction

This paper will be discussing the information system of Kudler Fine Foods. This is just a   little background history of the company. Kudler Fine Foods is a food store that is located in San Diego, California. The company has three (3) locations (La Jolla, Del Mar and Encinitas). The owner of the Kudler Fine Foods, Kathy Kudler opened the first of three stores in 1998. In the year 2000, Kathy opened a second store with a third store opening in 2003   All the stores supplied with the very best domestic and imported foods.

In my opinion, I think that strategic competitiveness is defined as a strategy that a firm can use to plan to attain their organizational objectives, although there are a great deal of competitors in the market that are around them. This can be achieved when a specific company can productively come out with a thought that can permit a company to create wealth in its organization when it is applied. Kathy Kudler has built her company into an expanded unit by having direct control over hiring, ordering and services to the customer.

The Kudler Strategy:
I think that the strategy that Michael E Porter, as well as other researchers, termed as very helpful in explaining Kudler Fine foods. I think that her, Kathy Kudler, response strategies, such as growth, internal efficiency, and customer orientation, are also very identifiable by the service food industry. Kudler Fine Foods has performed to giving their customers with the best selection of the very best foods and wines. The very best feature of Mrs. Kathy Kudler’s products, which shows product distinction, the commitment to gourmet foods that presents new focus and plans to buy direct from local market's will reach cost leadership.
