PROBLEM STATEMENT

The researchers are given the task to identify the econo-cultural identity of a target corporation in order to apply jargoned values presented in this course, Organizational and Business Communications. The following responsibilities are to be complied with in order to make this project a success:

* Organizational Culture
* Indicators of Organizational Culture
* Analysis of Organizational Culture

* Choose one department and analyze the:
* Flow of information mostly used by those in the department * Channel of Communication mostly used in different verbal situations * Management Theory
* Motivation Strategies

* Choose one department and analyze the:
* Goodwill of the department

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The researchers would like to express their deepest gratitude to the following people who helped in the completion of this study:

First of all, to Ms. Angelica Hementera, who gave understanding and approval to proceed with the interview despite of her busy schedule; In addition to that, she has given substantial information of the company and shared her own experiences that are useful in this study. The researchers would like to highlight her embracing kind-heartedness for exchanging of thoughts and the considerations she made. She has contributed a lot for the succession of this project.

To Ms. Anne Camit, Organizational Communications professor, who taught the researchers everything they needed to know about organizational communications. She provided a detailed guideline in making the case study which helped her students work easier. Also, she never forgot to remind her students the proper etiquette when dealing with external factors. Thus, without her professional and personal guidance, this study could not be any of what it is at present.

To Mr. Manuel “Jun” Bayangos, father of Manuel Paolo B. Bayangos- the group leader, for assisting the researchers to get to Richmonde Hotel Ortigas and making the researchers feel comfortable while they waited for their allotted schedule.

To Ms. Nellwyn Chua, sister of Wardell Chua, for lending the researchers her DLSR camera in order to cover the interview which is a material of proof that the researchers did the interview.

To the Ilagan family, for accommodating the researchers to stay in their humble home during the methodology of the project; their home is the only available place for the researchers to be together. Thus, their help made it easy for the researchers to finish the project performing a very versatile communication.
