I am overwhelmed to denote this page to pay my whole hearted thanks to all those good people who were around me during the making of the report and who helped me all through the AMP report making journey. Executive Summary

The AMP report has come into consideration in order to achieve the MSC level degree in International Business Management after completing the two semesters successfully. The report has been prepared to present as the last piece of work in lieu of all the knowledge gained from the two semesters of IBM. The report is presented on the assigned topic related to examine advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing for MNC’s in the global business strategy, in other words to review both the Win-win as well as losing situation created by outsourcing. The report has been started with the introduction on outsourcing with the meaning definition, types, need and process, followed by connecting it to the global strategies of MNC’s for the outsourcing. Then a review of literature has been written supporting both the win-win as well as losing situation that gets created by outsourcing. then in the analysis advantages and disadvantages of the outsourcing has been written, giving suitable examples and as per the project requisite a company has been selected and the impacts of outsourcing for that company has been mentioned. Then in the discussion the some trends of outsourcing has been mentioned indicating towards the future of outsourcing. Finally the conclusion has been made on the whole report followed by recommendations. Then at last but not the least references have been given in regard to justify the s the statements made in report.

Introduction
‘In the management outsourcing is really not a new concept, its quiet an old concept now, where the tasks, activities or services that were earlier performed within the company are now being transferred or shifted to the service providers present outsides the company for doing the specialised work. But the current situation has changed the direction of outsourcing in terms of amount, extent and typology or the characteristic of the work given outside. The globalisation has brought in really tough and hard challenge in the outsourcing arena which is just not concerned to the traditional make and buy decision or sending some production or manufacturing work to offshore...
