This study was conducted for the purpose of investigating the role and acquisition of Information Systems for TG ltd. A brief history of the company is initially outlined. The discussion then focuses on systems thinking concepts; the flow of information between different departments and presents the possibilities of acquiring the network infrastructure for the whole organization. The report then considers evaluation of Accounting and Human Resource Management systems on the market, by discussing Information System development approaches; furthermore develops e-business model and observes business environment.

Trendy Garments Ltd. (TGL) used to be small textiles manufacturer. However it has grown consistency over the past 10 years, due to the quality of its products, innovation and good customer service. TGL is a big company with over 150 employees and has 3 business units in two major cities. In the information age organizations must find a ways of increasing intelligence and learning and use a various systems of feedback loops to adjust the decision process to organization.
