Executive Summery

Prime Bank Limited is a fast growing private sector bank and it is already at the top slot ‘Quality service to the Customers’ adding the value to the shareholders. As a placement, we choose Banani branch of Prime Bank Limited. To fulfill that requirement we have prepared on the practical experience through visiting the branch and whatever we gained at the time by studied and analyzed it. To know about the “Organizational Culture in Prime Bank" or Employee Satisfaction of Prime Bank we have prepared questionnaire to collect information which is a combination of we close ended questions to collect information. Our assignment belongs to the Executive management level, mid level and junior level of the organization. Culture is a very important attribute which is frequently measured by organization. The happier people are within their job, the more satisfied they are said to be.
Introduction

1.1 Origin of the assignment

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is an integrated theoretical and practical method of education is an opportunity for the students to know about real life situation through an assignment. This assignment has been prepared by analyzing the practical experience, which we gained while visiting in Prime Bank Limited, Dhaka.

1.2 Objective of the assignment:

The objective of the assignment on ‘Organizational Culture of Prime Bank Limited’ by focusing on three factors/variables- the benefits that worker receiving from the organization, relationship with customers, relationship with other organizations, relationship with Government and superior-subordinate relationship etc.
