At Limited Brands people come together for a common purpose, to do a job. However the employees working for Limited Brands are more then just employees. They work together to make a difference for everyone. They work to change the way the things they do each day are being done. They strive to make a difference in peoples lives in the workplace, as well as in their community and in the world. They value opinions and ideas of all of their employees, they work to protect the environment, and they give to those in need. They strive to be the best and give the best in all that they do. Limited Brands has a strict code of conduct that all employees are responsible for reading and following at all times. “The way we interact with our customers, vendors, communities and fellow associates defines how they feel about our company. Everything we do counts. Our reputation is important.”(www.limitedbrands.com).

Limited Brands follows a clan like culture as well as a hierarchy culture. They have to constantly change for the environment around them, and come up with new ways of doing day to day business. It is a company who sticks by their code but also encourages employees to care for one another. It has a strict 7 page code of conduct that each employee is expected to read and to follow. Every employee is expected to to be honest and curtious to one another and to their customers. “The way we act and interact with our customers, vendors, communities and fellow associates defines how they feel about our company. They can share ideas, suggestions or talk about issues they have. They want all employees to feel comfortable in their work environment.
