      Change is necessary way of life in most organizations. In fact, change is all around us in the seasons, in social environment and in biological process. The term changes refer to an alternation in a system physical, biological or social. Thus, organization change is the alteration of work environment in organization. It implies a new equilibrium different component of the organization-technology, structural arrangement, job design and people.

Organizational development is the process through which an organization develops the internal capacity to most efficiently and effectively provide its machine work and to sustain it self over the long term. This definition high lights the explicitly connection between organizational development work and achievement of organizational mission. This connection is the rational for doing organization development work.
