Communication, in general, may be defined as the process by which information is exchanged between individuals using written messages, spoken words, or gestures. It is a dynamic, interpersonal process in which an individual modifies his response on the basis of the behavior of the recipient of the message. Henry Fayol and Chester Barnard have contributed greatly to the field of communication.
Establishing healthy communication is the keystone in an organization’s success.
Good communication is the most important tool in any organization and can be the making or breaking of a company.
The key purpose of Communication:
  To share information systematically
      To achieve coordinated action
      To get others to behave in desired fashion
    Communication is generally classified into 2 types:
