Abstract
Every company has factors that contribute to changes within the business. The factors include restructuring, organizational mission, fiscal policies, the economy, customer demand, and globalization. Each factor can be agitated by an internal or external component. Companies analyze what internal or external component has triggered a change in the organization and make the necessary changes. Every organization does not deal with each factor in the same way. The locksmith, Pitt County School Bus Garage, MD Anderson, and AmeriCorps evaluate how each factor may influence the companies differently.











Introduction
Pitt County School Bus Garage, the locksmith, MD Anderson, and AmeriCorps are affected by restructuring, the organizational mission, fiscal policies, the economy, customer demand, and globalization. Internal and external components are triggers that prompt change within each of the organizations. Each company has differences and similarities when dealing with each factor.
