INTRODUCTION: Field of organizational behaviour seeks studying, explaining and predicting behaviour of individuals and groups of individuals in the organization. Field of organizational behaviour relates to understanding people and their leadership in such a way that they can work efficiently. Any organization aims primarily at the survival and adaptation to change. To achieve this goal are required to adopt certain behaviours that people must: -be motivated to join and remain in the organization; - to carry out their basic work, showing confidence in terms of productivity, quality and manner of service; -to be flexible and resourceful. - Organizational behaviour is interesting because it relates to people and human nature. Also important because what is happening in the organization often has a profound impact on people (whether they are employees, managers and customers) and base of success or bankruptcy of organizations are people. So, the simplest definition of organizational behaviour is the following: Organizational behaviour are attitudes and behaviours of individuals or groups of individuals out of a organization. Study the individuals behaviour within an organization is based on two sciences: 1) psychology that focuses on individual behaviour (study motivation, 1
learning, personality, job satisfaction, attitudes, perceptions, individual decision making. 2) sociology- which tracks and discuss human interactions (the phenomenon of group dynamics, communication, power and conflict management, including analysis of intergroup behaviour.
Other sciences that underpin the study of organizational behaviour are social psychology, anthropology and political science. Of social psychology, organizational behaviour found in the study of behaviour change and attitudes change, including group processes and collective decisions. Help anthropology study organizational behaviour by comparative analysis of the cultural environment in different countries. This study is very important especially during the day as a result of globalization, mergers and acquisitions in various industries (see pag6). Managers will have to do with individuals or groups from different ethnic culture and will have to take control and proper attitude. Political science- have contributed to CO by knowing power, conflict and organizational policies. Behaviour organisational comprises a wide range of activities such as: knowledge and employee satisfaction, understanding group dynamics, acceptance and respect for differences among people and cultural values with which they come into the organization and other management activities. Disciplinary field of organizational behaviour concern how to act and react employees are, in addition, dedicated to understanding and management employees. Level of analysis is the three-dimensional: individual, group and organizational levels. INDIVIDUAL ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR
Each individual has his own way of reacting to work, some may be loners, others can be sociable, some believe that job satisfaction depends on them or not, every man having his way get it, some are in control actions or conversely 2 they are considered victims of context.
