Organism Physiology
The course in which different kinds of living organisms are thought to have developed from earlier forms during the history of the earth is defined as Evolution. Many time organisms evolve due to environmental changes. To better understand evolution this paper will review a diagram of an organism and explain how the organism has evolved physiologically to become suited to fit its environment. Organism

To understand the evolution of an organism it is important to understand facts about the organism. The diagram illustrated below is a jellyfish. Jellyfish are located in the Artic Sea, the North Atlantic and Northern Pacific Ocean. Jellyfish can grow as large as 120 feet long. Some jellyfish has immortal properties and is one of the most unique animals in the animal Kingdome. Jellyfish are known for their ability to sting there pray. The most poisonous species in the jellyfish family is the Irukandji jellyfish. Victims of this sting will endure symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, cramps, high blood pressure severe pain and in some cases death. In the past jellyfish could only be viewed in the ocean or in public aquariums; however people are now able to keep them as pets. The oldest know record of a jellyfish dates back 505 million years. Jellyfish Structure

Jellyfish are members of the cnidaria or stinging animals. Jellyfish are symmetric resembling a flower. The structure is very simple; it consists of a bag of cells in both the inside and the outside and a mouth in the middle. Most of the jellyfish family consists of two life cycles, which alter between free swimming medusa and attached polyp. All cnidarian have stinging cells adapted to stun and catch their pray. These animals can create these stinging cells at a remarkable rate allowing them to be used as a dispensable tool. Jellyfish are aware of how they are swimming. They are able to do this by balancing organ and by being aware of their environment. They are able to change direction...
