PREFACE
__________________________________________________________
Religion is a collection of cultural systems, belief systems, and worldviews that establishes symbols that relate humanity to spirituality and, sometimes, to moral values. Many religions have narratives, symbols, traditions and sacred histories that are intended to give meaning to life or to explain the origin of life or the universe. They tend to derive morality, ethics, religious laws or a preferred lifestyle from their ideas about the cosmos and human. Organized Crimes in the name of religion is very serious problem in the world. Many people organized crimes under the religion. Due to this problem people loss faith on religion. There are so many cross border effects by this problem. Religious violence in India includes acts of violence by followers of one religious group against followers and institutions of another religious group, often in the form of rioting.  Religions such as Zoroastrianism and Judaism have survived peacefully with Hindus for thousands of years. Organized religion is like organized crime, it preys on people’s weakness, generates huge profits for its operators and is almost impossible to eradicate. Religious people are not only the victims of mass killings; they also can be the perpetrators of violence. Although it would be much too simplistic to suggest that religion causes genocide and crimes against humanity, it nevertheless is true that religious people, prompted by religious motivations and employing religious symbols, have committed mass atrocities. The object of this paper is make know the concept, kinds of organized crimes in the name of religion and make an effort to give related provisions an suggestion.
