In this assignment insight is given into two facets of Organisational Communication, the first being the network role and functions used by Ubuntu Engineering Company. The second facet looks into the management strategies of communication during times of change, more specifically, the top-down strategy and the planned strategy.

The network used is a formal and centralised network, known as the Wheel network.
