INTRODUCTION
With the development of the countries the employees needed plus employees searching for job in organizations have increased gradually with time. For an organization to be healthy employees who enter the organization as employees of that organization should turn over in a few months or years. So the organizations should take care of how to retain the employees in the organization and also take the efficient amount of work form the employees.
The answer for the following for many organizations is using of a matched motivational theory. The task three content of this report has information about various motivational theories and how and why it’s advantageous foe an organization to use those motivational theories.
Using of certain aspects in an organization in a wrong way too may result in employee turn over. The factors which may create a great chaos are also mentioned within the context of task three.
Like motivational theories it’s believed that leaders too make impact on employee work pattern in an organization. How leaders differ from motivational theories are why leaders are important to an organization is included.
The task four has a content which covers the facts of the factors which contribute towards achieving the corporate goal of an organization and how (up to what percentage) they contribute towards the achievement.
