EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Conducting proper training programs and evaluating it are essential for the growth of any organization. The method of evaluation varies according to the training and the environment. In this study an evaluation of the training program that was conducted at Venture Lighting India Ltd is done. The model used for the study was Kirkpatrick’s Four Level Evaluation Model.
