CHEN & LEE is a tax firm established in 2000.Firm Is a comprised of two managaing directors, in which one of the managing director is a Legal advisor for the company.The company is divided into three layers organisation structure which is as follows * Top level management

FIRM”s GOAL
The primary goal of the CHEN & LEE tax services office is to provide tax planning and related services to the clients. Service as an information resource and provide the advice to the clients according to tax laws and regulations. In addition, develop a system and procedure to minimise the errors in the client records. Apart from serving the Client the secondary objective of CHEN & LEE is to provide appropriate training of the employees as for their growth in their profession

STAFF REQUIEMENTS

MANAGING DIRECTOR
Managing director of the company is excepted be a Certified Practicing Accountant(CPA) or Chartered accountant(CA) ,in addition should be having a minimum 5 years of experience in any taxation firm as a company manager

MANAGER (ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RECIEVABLE)$ 65000

The accounts manager must be a full timer and at least holding a bachelor degree in Commerce specialised in accounting, furthermore he/she must be having a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an accounts receivable officer/ payable. The accounts payable manager must some competent knowledge of MYOB, Peach tree accounting software. Manager’s duty is to look after accounts assisted by payroll and accounts receivable officer

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE OFFICER $55000

Service is hired during the busy time of the firm for instance quarterly and yearly. Due to the large number of invoices billed to clients. The accounts receivable officer must be having 2 years’ experience in designated field, should have a fair knowledge about MYOB and Excel.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/PAYROLL $ 50000

Account Payable/ Payroll officer has to reports to accounts manager; responsibility includes invoicing, staff salaries as well as taking care of administration expense of the firm. The firm does not deal with the large transactions related to accounts payable most of the times; therefore this position is for par-timer.

CLIENTS SERVICES MANAGER $60000/
Manager mainly focuses on the clients’ accounts and evaluating appropriate tax amount which is in the favour of the clients. Services Manager will facilitate the client company and makes sure the client gets appropriate satisfaction level, for this purpose the firm’s main concern is to hire a person who could qualify following criteria * At least CPA or masters in tax law

* 5 years’ experience in servicing firm
* Positive attitude
* Full time available to work
* Young and energetic
To carry out such responsibility the manager requires a book keeper/ accounts as well as a customer service officer

BOOKKEEPER$50,000
