What is Open Source Software?

Open source have become a very popular strategy in the distribution of software.   Today it’s generally not a matter of whether or not one should use open source software, but rather, where one should use it. This concept has influence the software market and provided opportunities to developing countries that were not possible before.   Open source software is “Software for which the human-readable source code is available for use, study, reuse, modification, enhancement, and redistribution by the users of that software.”
