ONGC Group of Companies comprising of ONGC Limited, and its subsidiaries ONGC Videsh Limited (OVL), ONGC Nile Ganga BV (ONGBV) and Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) organize Import/International Sale of Crude Oil, Export of Petroleum Products and Petrochemical Products through Tendering Procedure for all the Group Companies of ONGC.
