One Minute Paper
•In what ways is training delivery important to the overall success of employees? Provide examples of different delivery methods as well as their effect.
Training is the most important tool to create an organization of success, providing with the knowledge, expectations, setting the goals and showing how the job should be done correctly since the beginning reduce losses, repetition and raise self-esteem, confidence and security on the employees.
On hand training is one of the most effective methods and provides the example of how things are done correctly. Visualization is very important, providing written instructions where the employee could go back and verify the correct way of executing an activity.
•What training methods are used in your workplace? Are these methods effective? Why or why not? Offer suggestions you think would benefit the training program in your workplace.
Training method used on my organization is on the job training, which is effective if the trainer knows how to train and motivate employees. The second one used is simulation through courses sent through the POS, Point of Sale system that the company use to communicate all units in the company, this one is positive for self-motivated employees, and require language knowledge, the negative is that you have to practice with someone and the computer will not interact with you.
