I. INTRODUCTION

As another year has come to a close for students, they tend to learn more things at school, they continue to grow mentally, and thus broadening their knowledge about the course they took. But what they have learn in school isn’t enough to grow as a better student, since all they can apply is what they have learned in school, they lack experience, and the realities of their field outside their school. Thus Schools added part of their curriculum a subject that can further enhance their knowledge, abilities, and experience in their field. They call this subject as field practice, also known as OJT (on-the-job training).

This is part of the school program that is design for college students to undergo training on which they can combine what they have learn in school and also the work experience they are about to part-take in their course. As part of the curriculum, this aims to train and make student familiarize about their work for their future career in their industry they want to take. OJT is an essential part of their chosen career, but this will also show the reality of working in that kind of industry. Their OJT should occur in the work place or a company that would treat you as a regular employee. This training would also serve as a chance to realize if they can truly apply what they have learned in school, may it be theories or computation. The company can also benefit a lot from student so that they can bring in fresh ideas on what to improve and what they can observe in their company, since students still have an active imagination they can thought of ways to further improve a certain work.
