I would like to express my gratitude to those who help me accomplish my practicum report. I want to thank the HR manager Ms. Ivy G. Genato and all the staff of Sir Williams Hotel. Ms. Aimee Gonzales, Front Office Supervisor, for giving me all the information I needed for this report. I would like to thank our professor, Dr. Cristina Lekachareon. For guiding us in this subject. Last but not the least my friends who also help me in doing this report.

I.Description of practicum 3
180 hours in plant training in front office in any hotel/inn restaurant establishment.

II. History of Sir Williams Hotel
Built in 1984, known establishments have been its tenants for quite sometime. Sir Williams has been in the hotel service for more than two decades. The company has been chosen to be venues of few important gatherings in the 80’s. Sir Williams Hotel was developed and improved its quality of service and facilities. In 2004, rooms were renovated. At present, the 2nd floor has a 24 hour business center. A brand new classy banquet venue that can be accommodated over 300 guests. By 2008, a brand new façade will be made and a relaxing poolside bar will be available.

III. Amenities and Facilities
Sir William's Hotel provides modern standard living on a very practical cost. It offers the comfort of having a 24-hour coffee shop, room service, massage and business center.
