For many years observation was considered as a very important concept in the learning communication process.   My research which is based on observation will describe a place where many people of all nationalities and cultures could come together each day and the place is referred as the library.   The library is a quite place to relax, to work on homework assignments, and mostly to use to study for classes either alone or in group sessions.
With much thinking I decided that the library would make an excellent choice in the best of my interest in the observance of other children or students going about his or her daily lives.   The library which is located near my home consists of two levels.   The first level of the library is always crowded with so many people because this level consist of plenty of computers which is available for use, much of the reference materials such as dictionaries, encyclopedias, the subject guide sections are located for easy use, the help desk and circulation desks, and the most distinctiveness of this level is the soft chairs or sofas for people to relax on while he or she is awaiting the usage of the computers.   The location of the first level is considered as the most inviting feature because the structure is situated in the very area which is used for students to gather for conversation which is very assessable for those people’s with an disability whom may not be able to walk up and down staircases.   The first level consists of public restrooms, water fountain, photocopying room, and group study session room, collaboration room which contains projector slides which gives aid for student groups working and
