      In today’s society, organizations practice many different trends. Some are a positive influence to the organization and others can be negative. Also there are many issues with the stress that organizations put on their workers. Many have found ways to release the stress although others let the stress build up. High performances are made of six components. Each has characteristics that make it help organizations.
Compile Strategies for Managing Stress in the Workplace
      Job stress is something we all face as workers--and we all handle it differently. Sometimes there is no way around it; however, not all stress is bad.   Learning how to deal with and manage stress is critical to maximizing our job performance, staying safe on the job, and maintaining our physical and mental health. Sometimes many symptoms and warning signs of job stress.   The most common symptoms and early warning signs are low morale, boredom, anxiety, absenteeism, frustration, fatigue, depression, and anger/irritability. In addition to these signs, there are physical problems such as headaches and stomach problems.
      Here are several methods of preventing, eliminating, or reducing job stress in the workplace: jobs are disposable, friends, families, and health are not. If employers expects too much of you, and it is starting to take its toll on you, start looking for a new job/new employer, if the feeling of stress is building, take a break. Walk away from the situation, perhaps walking around the block, sitting on a park bench, taking in a little meditative time. Talk it out with a support system of trusted people is often an excellent way of blowing off steam and reducing stress. Maintain a positive attitude (and avoid those without one). Negativism sucks the energy and motivation out of any situation, so avoid it whenever possible.
