Abstract

Eating Habits
Successfully fit people are successful not because of good luck, birth order, or family heritage but because they have adopted the right habits. The benefits of tracking eating habits can be really good for us. We can check anytime we want if we are getting all of the essential vitamins and minerals for every single day or if we are missing something to include in our meal plan. In addition, we can identify things instantly like which causes us to gain more weight or which can help us to lose weight (Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/5651103). While closely monitoring my current eating habits I have discovered that I lack a good source of daily nutrient intake in over several areas including dietary fibers, total/saturated sat, calcium, and potassium, iron and sodium to name a few. In my findings, the foods I was consuming did not meet my calorie intake, nor was I eating the right foods to meet my nutritional needs. Classes of Nutrients
