RENT AGREEMENT DEED That this agreement deed is made on 20/01/2013 between Sri Anil Jauhari S/o- Late Mahesh Chandra Jauhari R/o “ Jauhari House “ , 515/56-Ka , Baba Ka Purva , Near Paper Mill (Opp. Metro City ) Lucknow -226006 hereinafter called the Land Lard (Which expression shall unless repugnant to context include. Its heirs, successors’, legal representatives and assigns) on one part AND Mr. Nitin Kumar Srivastava S/o- Mr. Om Prakash Srivastava R/o- Village and Post – Barun Bazaar District- Faizabad -224127 (U.P) hereinafter called the Tenant (Which Expression unless repugnant to the context shall include its heirs and successors ) of other parts. Whereas the Land Lord is the sole owner of H. No. 515/56-Ka Baba Ka Purva , Near Paper Mill (Opp. Metro City ) Lucknow -226006 and the tenant has agreed to take on rent a small portion of it which consists of Two Room, One Bathroom on Ground Floor. THAT THE LAND LORD AND TENANT HAS AGREED ON THE FOLLOWING-

1. That this agreement is only for 11 month commencing from 20th Jan-2013 2. That the Tenant shall pay Rs. 3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand) per month as a rent before expiry of 20th of each month in accordance with English Calendar. 3. That the Tenant shall pay security deposit of Rs. 3000/- (Rupees Three thousand) This will be refundable without interest at the time of vacating the said premises after adjustment of any unpaid dues. 4. That the Tenant shall pay the electric Consumption Charges as per electric meter provided in the premises for the full duration of the lease Agreement. The amount of Security deposit shall be adjustable by electricity bill at the time of vacation of the said premises if any....
