Abstract:
Our group decided to research about Nishat group of Pakistan ltd. This company has largest network in Pakistan. Its products are food and easy to accessible. It is one of the famous company in Pakistan, it serve the Pakistan in three ways. * Textile mills * Cement * Finical services
We also know that we’ll learn very much with this project. That’s why we chose this topic.
Introduction of Nishat Group:
Nishat group is one of the leading and most spread business groups in south East Asia. With assists over PRs. 300 billions, it ranks amongst the top five business houses of Pakistan. The group has strong presence in three most important business sectors of the region namely textiles, cement and finical services. In addition, the group has also interest in insurance, power generation, paper products and aviation. It also has a distinction of being one of the largest players in each sector. The group is considered at par with multinationals operating locally in terms of its quality of products and services and management skills.
Organization Objective
When a formal HR department is created to help managers, the managers remain responsible for employee performance. The HR department exists to help manager achieve the objectives of the organization.HR management is not an end in itself; it is only a means of assisting managers with their human resource issues. For example, NISHAT HR department found that it could enhance it contribution to the organization through complicated information systems that
