Preface

This project was assigned by our respected instructor Prof. Chaudhry Fazal-E-Muqeem to study the strategy of any successful Pakistani Company and we selected the case study of Nirala Sweets. At start it seemed to be an easy task because most of the contents required by the teacher were understood but as we progressed on the project, we realized that it’s a tough assignment. During this study we touched Nirala sweets from different aspect and by making this professional project we gain a lot of knowledge as regards to SDRM from multiple dimensions. The project was also having lot of limitations especially related to data collection about Nirala Sweets and also lack of experience on our part as none of our group member had ever worked in this field. Despite of all these problems we with the Grace of Almighty Allah and in the backdrop of valuable knowledge imparted to us by the learned professor Chaudhry Fazal-e- Muqeem, we were able to give our best effort and successfully completed this tough task. The whole project was very interesting and we have learned a lot about the strategy making in general and of Nirala specially.

After Almighty Allah, who is very merciful and most beneficial, we would like to be grateful to our instructor Prof. Chaudhry Fazal-E-Muqeem who helped us to understand the subject and provided guidance whenever we required during the preparation, execution and completion phases of the project. We are also thankful to NIRALA SWEETS Officials and their staff of outlets located in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. They extended help by timely providing us the primary as well as secondary information regarding the company to complete the project.
