PAN CARD REQUIREMENT In compliance of the SEBI circular no.MRD/DoP/C ir-05/2009 dated. May 20, 2009, the shareholders/ transferee (including joint holders) holding shares in physical form are requested to furnish a certified copy of their PAN C ard to the company/ RTA while transacting in the securities market including transfer, transmission or any other corporate action. PROCEDURE FOR DEMATERIALISATION / REMATERIALISATION OF SHARES The Securities & Exchange Board of India has made it compulsory for the shares of Nagarjuna Fertilizers and C hemicals Limited to be traded in electronic/ demat form since 2000. In compliance with the SEBI notification, we have signed agreements with National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and C entral Depository Services (India) Limited (C DSL) during the year 2000 for dematerialisation of company shares.
