1. INTRODUCTION

SIVAS is a 4 stars hotel located in Ciutadella, a municipality belonging to the west extreme of Menorca Island. It is so close to the beach, situated on a cliff, being our customer, captivated by the sound of the waves from every corner of SIVAS. All the senses are awakened to cover the delicate light and fresh scent of the islands in an area where nature and each especial corner of SIVAS live in

perfect harmony. We offer you an experience in which there is a fusion of the five senses, giving way to a world of astrophysics in which you can enjoy your new knowledge and practices about the stars each night are witness to the experience SIVAS. Every moment and every weather, we offer a different picture that is framed within the walls surrounding the window. Morning, noon, dusk, night, storm, lightning, all that happens there is really fascinating, as part of a sensory experience.

Each room has: Bathroom, Satellite TV with Freeview and remote control, Heating, Air conditioning, Telephone, Hairdryer, Free safe, Wireless Internet access free to all hotel guests and large windows with panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea.

SIVAS has three comfortable and cozy Suite Rooms with spacious living room and beautiful see views, due to most of the room is glazed. It is decorated in a special avant-garde style, in harmony with the furniture, which is the same style. They have spacious bathrooms with natural light, with shower and bathtub. All these components give a special touch to the room, in which the five senses are merged into a unique experience.
